National Access Points for Manufacturers
In our November webinar, Sjaak introduced the new National Access Points (NAPs) through which manufacturers will transmit their eCoCs. Since then, the NAPs have been thoroughly tested together with selected EU Member States.
In this session, Sjaak will present the final NAP setup, share lessons learned from testing, and outline what manufacturers need to prepare.
Public access to electronic CoCs
There are many questions regarding public access to the electronic CoC data provided to Member States. While the responsibility for granting and managing access lies with the individual Member States, there are a number of general considerations, risks and implications that apply across the board.
Sjaak will discuss these aspects and explain what manufacturers should be aware of when it comes to public access to eCoC data.
