Data Privacy Statement
It is possible to use our site without providing personal information. Different rules may apply to the use of individual services on our site; in that case, they will be explained separately below. We will only process your personal data (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc.) according to the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data privacy laws. Data is considered personal if it can be clearly assigned to a specific natural entity.
The GDPR lays down rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data. For the purposes of GDPR ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data or an online identifier.
